This vehicle comes with a GAH SRD350-FLEXI: Flexitemp Unit with 3 Heat Exchangers (1 Condenser and 2 Evaporators) and a GAH LC150E: Electric Back up Unit for the front compartment, which can maintain temperatures ranging from -25 to +25. An auxiliary battery is installed, which can run the unit in the event of vehicle engine failure. The van is insulated with 75mm RTM with High Gloss, a 75mm flexible bulkhead, and features internal LED lights. The refrigeration units are calibrated, and the vehicle is temperature mapped. The van also includes an electric single-phase standby that can run units from an electrical power source, for instance, when on a ferry.

The van has a dual-temperature configuration. The front compartment can maintain a temperature between +2 to +8, usually set at +5. The rear compartment can maintain a temperature between +15 to +25, usually set at +20. This configuration can accommodate 5 euro pallets or 4 standard pallets, configured in numerous ways to suit requirements due to the flexible bulkhead.

For security, the van is fitted with a Run Lock system, which keeps the engine running when the keys are removed, enabling the refrigeration unit to continue working and maintaining temperature. Security slam locks are fitted to the doors along with an alarm system. Both side and rear doors can be sealed for additional security. The vehicle is equipped with TK Temputrak for temperature and GPS tracking, and a TK Digi Pro printer for onboard temperature tickets.

In addition to our existing services, we are introducing a dedicated PM van into our daily schedule from Monday to Friday. This new feature will focus on improving our next-day delivery service for jobs booked on that day. In addition, this will enable us to have a daily PM collection and delivery service to Dublin Airport.
